Each box contains 4 permanently re-usable magnets and 1 month's supply of semi-permanent adhesive pads to keep the magnets in place. These adhesive applicators are gentle on the skin yet deliver an exceptional stronghold of 7 days or more for easy application of any bio magnets for magnetic therapy to any area of the body. They are unpadded 1.125 inches by 1.125-inch square adhesive tape applicators with rounded corners. It is easy to place the magnet on the center of the adhesive applicator and then place the magnet on the body where magnetic therapy is needed. These magnets can be placed on any area of the body for fast, natural benefits. Especially effective when placed on reflex trigger points or acupuncture points.
